Quirky Pick a Pumpkin Autumn Card

Today's Freebie:  Purchase the Pick a Pumpkin Bundle via my website using hostess code 2MVRWQRT and I will mail you the cardstock, embellishments, and designer series paper for you to make this card at home once your stamps and dies arrive.

Today's card is a fun one!  If you would like to try it - it will be one of the projects at October camp.  I think it would make adorable name cards, napkin wraps and other decorations for fall and Thanksgiving gatherings.

Both the stamp set and the die cuts have a ton of pieces.  When I designed the card I started with the paper, matched some ink colors and then stamped the pieces - and the dies that don't have a matching stamp just ran colored cardstock through those.  Then armed with a stack of cut outs I just began arranging them on the card.

I did do a double fold so the card opens from the middle.  One small strip of the new washi tape highlights the special fold nicely.  The pumpkins are stamped on shimmery white cardstock, it tends to give a nicer overall and not as harsh a look.  The gold glitter pumpkin was almost cause for me to start all over and change the card to something Cinderella!

The In Color bitty bow is a great final touch - pulls together the entire eclectic feel of the card.
Here you will see the test tube that again uses the pumpkin outline die and the cat box - the star pumpkin is from this die set.
