This week has been a rough one. I have been over here in my little studio hanging out pretending that it's 2001.....

I have been having issues with internet for the last couple of months and after it dropped so severely during my last couple of Facebook Lives that it cut the coverage all together I decided that I needed to take the time and deal with AT&T. HOURS on the phone over a 2 day span resulted in numerous "line testings" on their end til they tested so many times that it went from slow internet to NO internet. Nothing. Nada. Best they could do was schedule a tech to come out several days later to take a look at it. Makes life great when you do 75% of your work ONLINE and have no internet access, lol.
This project today is one of the ones that was featured during one of the Facebook Lives that was cutting in and out. So - I retaped the segment as a regular YouTube demonstration that you can now watch here
Have you tried coloring with the Blends on other types of cardstock beside white? I loved the results this gave!
It was like hearing that I was working on Cat Tails and Sybil decided this project was partly Hers, lol. She was ALL up in in the filming and photography of this one. Thankfully she didn't steal my twine until after I was done tying it on!
If you were not one of the one's who got a FREE Take Your Pick Tool from my Special earlier this month, did this project convince you that you need one?? It is still a little hard to see in the pictures, but using the embossing tip to add the extra dimension to the flowers and the can with the tool - it gets an A+++ from me for one MORE reason to add this new product to your tool kit!
So....to finish my 2001 flashback story - I STILL do not have internet. We have had AT&T since BEFORE internet existed (remember those days?!) and through this saga found out that our landline that we had kept for emergencies (but only telemarketers use these days) they had changed over to a VOIP at some point. I was done with them, their poor internet slooooow speeds and the horrid customer service we had received on multiple calls the last week. So - I cancelled it.
New internet is coming.....but not til the end of next week. That took a string of whole NEW phone calls - with a new ISP and with my cell service to upgrade so I could get an unlimited hot spot. All that to say - I can be online, but it is a bit slow for now. This week there was no Facebook Product of the Week - and the same will continue for next week. I am just about ready to launch the FIRST of my TWO October Artistry Inspired classes! Since everything is taking longer online - I am focusing on one thing - and that's it. I also have a downline event next week (all levels, yea!! I don't have all of them over as often - there are quite a few!) So the timing of that hit well.
My weekend special will coordinate with the initial sign up for the Artistry Inspired Online Classes. AND for every 10 that sign up for them - I will be giving away ONE stamparatus!! Details in the next blog post - and in my email - that go along with the AI Class!
