First - if you are not on my email list - click on over to join - you will see the subscribe button to your right. It will send you off all the details for the Baby Bear Giveaway I am doing next week! One lucky stamper will get this set absolutely free. No purchase necessary. US residents only. (SU demonstrators excluded). Just look at him! Now, go sign up and do the easy steps to enter!
If you got the email - you know Monday starts a huge week of savings from Stampin' Up! Each and every order I will be sending a thank you card along with a thank you GIFT. So - save some money - some of the items on sale would make excellent gifts for those you are still shopping for!
I will be getting the list up with some samples of things that are on sale (today's project uses one!) but I also have THIS staring at me as I type!
One is a new product (well I ordered 3....) from the upcoming Occasions 2018 Catalog. The other is nearly 20 new sets from that and the Sale-A-Bration catalog. I have a class tomorrow (Christmas gifts) and then I want to get straight on to getting ready for a demonstrator event I have the first week in December. Are you in Indy? Would you like to come? Let me know - always room for more on my team! Unless I keep ordering more shreddie. Then it may force us out of the house completely!
Speaking of - if you do not have a local demonstrator and need someone to send you the copies of the Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs - that same email subscription is the way to let me know! Sign up - and then email me your address. I would be happy to send them your way! US residents only.
Now - on to today's project! It is another from November Camp! Such fun colors. I guess I didn't take a picture of the insides and back of the card - so watch close in the video!! Those are just as fun as the front.
If you have not used many of the Big shot items from Stampin' Up! let me point out a few things. Some of our folders (like this Cable Knit - which will be On SALE next week!) are super duper thick! They give such a great impression. It really does look like it turns your cardstock into cable knit! Our framelits and thinlits often include pieces that DO NOT CUT! WHAT??! When I first get a new set, I usually lay them out and run them all through. That way you will know exactly what you are working with. This set has pieces that cut and pieces that just give a really fun impression.
Here is the video. And another "stamper's moment" - when working with the glimmer paper and the dies, it helps to take the backing paper off of the paper. The dies will cut better through just the thin paper. You see me take the back off. You see I never get up. You see I LOSE THE PAPER! Don't you hate when this happens?? And I know from talking to you all - that it happens to all of us! I do find it. But as you film it is amazing what goes through your head. I remember thinking WHAT will the card look like if I just leave the snowflakes off? And then - what do you know? There is the paper...
