Last year this time you may remember there was a Designer Series Paper that I was in LOVE with - mainly because of the two patterns in it that included a black and a green checkered pattern. Well this year I won't have to buy multiple packages of paper for 2 sheets of paper! I can simply stamp my own!
I have SO much to get to on this busy Monday - but yesterday I did sit down to both create the card - which thankfully this time turned out EXACTLY in 'real life' as it had in my head - and film it for you. You can see the different fun elements that pull this card together - here you go:

I WILL get the Lemon Bar recipe posted....and I am starting to feel like now instead of just borrowing my friends stamp set all the time - like I am truly going to have to buy my own. Because it works perfectly on this card? Don't you agree?!
If you don't have your copy of the Holiday Catalog coming to you soon - let me know! My customers will be getting theirs at camp or WEDNESDAY when I go to the Post Office! Just because this catalog has HOLIDAY in (well AS the title, lol) does NOT mean that when you can start ordering from it on Sept 4th - you can not begin creating cards right away that are still ready to be used! It may reflect the seasons that are coming - but it is SO much more than that!!
And I know nearly every stamper I meet is always on the lookout for a good standard masculine card. This truly fits the bill. I will be stocking up on the Black Foil for sure!
I also can't wait til I have some down time and can play with some ink/cardstock color combinations with the Buffalo Check. If you have some you would like me to try for you - comment below and maybe I can do a post of just those! The possibilities are endless!
